楊藝古箏學院

* Congratulations to Queenie Qiu, Hannah Jin, Timothy Ng, Cynthia Xu, Camillia Chan, Jennifer Zhang and Grace Chen who won the High Honor Award at the New Jersey Music Teacher Association( www.njmta.com )'s 2010 Spring Recital Audition.The Winners Recital was held on 5/1/2010 at Rider University' BLC Theater.

* Congratulations to Hannah Jin and Grace Chen who won the National Young Musicians Showcase Competition by the National League of Performing Arts. They performed at the winners Concert on April 25 in Carnegie Hall's Weill Recital Hall.

* Congratulations to the following students who received 1st place awards in their age group at the 2009 NJMTA (NJ Music Teacher Assoc.) Young Musicians Competition. Hannah Jin (15-17 age), Jennifer Zhang (11-14), Grace Chen (<10 ) and Queenie, Hannah and Jennifer (ensemble group).

從長遠出發，紮實、全面、系統地教授學生中國音樂之魂——古箏這門高雅、古樸的文化藝術，堅信拔苗助長、忽視技巧及音樂常識全方位紮實基本功的浮淺訓練只會給學生帶來後期演奏上的巨大障礙。較西洋樂器相比，因古箏即可以讓學生自娛，也可以娛人，所以楊藝老師非常注重學生們在演奏心境上的磨煉，訓練上講究技術與音樂的相輔相成，不只是一味地滿足學生的好奇心及速成心，以期學生演奏出來的作品能真正展現出古箏藝術的活力及生命力，從而使學生真正地達到終生受益。
